The housekeeping team was diligent, ensuring a clean and hygienic environment throughout. The shared lounge was a cozy spot to unwind and enjoy the city views.The room I stayed in came with a private bathroom, ensuring comfort and privacy. The laptop-friendly workspace was ideal for my freelance work, supported by reliable WiFi and sound-insulated walls. Breakfast was a treat with a delicious continental spread, setting a positive tone for the day ahead. The balcony provided a refreshing outdoor space to soak in the mountain air.The hotel's amenities like the garden and restaurant added to the overall charm of the place. The concierge service was top-notch, and the free WiFi was a boon for staying connected. The staff, led by Mr Salman and Mr Kabir, were warm and welcoming, treating guests like family.Exploring the natural beauty of Bhagsu Nag with the Bhagsunag Waterfall and Dal Lake nearby was a memorable experience.
